Hello,

the scam continues as this person is now called "franck jallier" <jallier2014@gmail.com>. He first sends a text message asking to respond by email!!!

Below is the email I just received regarding the sale of my property.

Thank you for this forum

Viviane B

==================

"...................Good evening
Please excuse me for the delay

I acknowledge your email, OK no worries. I saw it on the website and yes, I'm interested in the purchase, but first, I want to tell you that I am French from Gallardon Maingournois Maintenon (28) but currently away with my children and my husband for professional reasons. We will return in a month and we have decided to buy it. I am ready to send you the money to reserve the property because my husband returns to FRANCE in 2 weeks and we will come to your address to pick up the property. If you agree with me, please let me know because for the payment, I will send you a cash mandate that you will receive at your local post office in cash so that the property is reserved for us. Please remove the ad from the website and send me the requested information, that is to say, I need:

-Name:

-First Name:

-Full Address:

-Landline and mobile number:

-Final price of the property:

Best regards................."

I received a text message 30 minutes after the ad was posted on Le Bon Coin!
    Pretty quick...
So he/she asks if it is still available, even though I've barely been looking for a buyer for 30 minutes, and to reply by email.
    So I reply and
    He/She sends me:

    Hello,

OK, no problem, we have seen your ad and it is with mutual agreement that my spouse and I have decided to buy it from you.

Regarding the payment, I can send you a cash mandate via the post office since it is instantaneous.
I am from Gallardon Maingournois Maintenon (28) but currently traveling with my children and my spouse for professional reasons; we will return in a month and have decided to buy it.
My manager recommends an instantaneous cash mandate for all my transactions since it is quick
and more secure in these times.
Regarding the payment, as soon as I have your contact details, I will make the transfer and send you the references so you can go to your post office to cash the funds in cash.
Since it's a sale and you must have several requests, that's why we want to send you the full amount to secure the sale on our end.
Following this, if there are no objections, I would like to have your contact details:

    -Full name
    -Complete residential address
    -Your final price
-Different phone contacts (to reach you once the transfer is made)

But can I count on your good faith since you will have the money well before the pickup?
Please remove the ad from the site if it is not too much to ask; can you contact us for more details?
    Best regards

"We're coming back in a month and we've decided to buy it."
Well, you can reply this: No problem, in a month as soon as you return, come by my place with the money and you'll leave with the item.

      they do it too...
so you go straight to the police station and file a report stating what happened (they must do a dozen of these a day, they are used to it..) and you will be protected

and from now on avoid this kind of transaction online

After having posted an ad on Le Bon Coin, I just received a message saying "scam" from the same source, same address but a different name, Mr. Rousarie. When you're offered payment by cash mandate... refuse!!! It's a scam! Or check with the post office...

I too was targeted by Franck Jallier, I immediately had doubts because of the wording of his email, so I consulted this forum which helped me a lot and I am adding a testimony about the scam attempts by Mr/Mrs Jallier

    Here is his email:

    Hello

My husband and I took the time to read the description of your ad and we agree to buy it. We live at 38 RUE RAMBUTEAU 75003 PARIS, but we are currently on a business trip outside the mainland for a 2-week stay at the ICRC: (International Committee of the Red Cross) where my husband works, and then we will return to the country. That is why we would like to advance the money to you for the reservation first, and once the money is received, we will set a date for my son and the transporter to pick up the item. The payment will be made by cash mandate via the post, once the transfer is validated I will send you the references by email that you will present at your post office to withdraw the money in cash in a few minutes. To make the payment I need:

    *Your full name:

    *Complete address:
    > >

    *firm price

    *Mobile and landline number:

But can I count on your good faith since you will have the money well before the pickup, please withdraw or block the ad from the site if it is not too much to ask.

NB: regarding the pickup, do not worry, I will handle it personally.

    Thank you

    Mr/Mrs Jallier

It seems that people are really naïve and enjoy getting scammed... ridiculous, I don’t understand how they don’t realize immediately that it’s a huge scam... ridiculous... and there are still some who are asking questions, it’s crazy!
