Good evening everyone,

Help, I would like to know the time between two times in the format: dd/mm/yy/hh/mm
Let's say A1 is the current time and A2 is the time of my appointment, I want to know how much time I have left for my appointment, which is A2-A1

Thank you in advance

Best regards

In another cell, enter =A2-A1 and then press enter :)

If it were that simple! I'm talking about a date like 26/02/14 23:00, to know how much time until 01/03/2014 12:00 for example...
So your A2-A1 seems weak to me... ;-))

Same format, which is dd/mm/yy hh/mm
I am on Open Office Calc

I see no other solution than: In A1 = Current time; A2 = Appointment time
      B1 = Current date; B2 = Appointment date
      Then in A3: =A2-A1 and in B3: =B2-B1,
you will have your result with the number of remaining days and hours.

Primo: I thanked Vaucluse two paragraphs ago
secundo: Vaucluse explained to me how to calculate the difference between two times, but not when there are also the days, that is to say in the format dd/mm/yy hh/mm

      no but... ;-)

      Hello,

First: he explained it to you
Second: you just need to read
Third: when you're given the solution you respond no that's not how it is

I don't think I need any lessons in manners from you; I was perfectly correct with Vaucluse, so mind your own business.

I was completely correct with Vaucluse
      Did I say the opposite?
I correct the second: you just need to know how to read
