Timetable in OpenOffice Calc

Hello everyone,

to make my life a bit easier (at work at least), I have an excellent schedule spreadsheet, homemade, in Excel.
It allows me to record the morning, noon, afternoon, and evening clock-ins, with calculations of the hours worked during the day and displaying the daily credit or debit.

Where I'm stuck is that I would like to do the same thing in openoffice.org, since I don't have Excel at home (Debian GNU/Linux compels me).
So, I started working on a quite similar spreadsheet but I run into the problem of "negative hours," when for example the total hours for a day are less than the number of hours to be worked during the day.

I imagine this question has been asked many times before, but after some searches with my friend Google, I haven't found anything (probably searched incorrectly) that answers my question.

Would a kind soul take a few minutes to answer me??

Thanks in advance.
Configuration: Debian GNU/linux - Iceweasel Browser 3.5.6

3 solutions :
1- you download this file created by blux that might correspond to what you are looking for
https://www.divshare.com/download/1792969-64c/
2- you format your table without the missing formulas and upload it on cijoint.fr so we can help you directly with the file
3- I also have a ready-made table that might fit what you want, but I would need an email address in a private message

Thank you for your response.
The problem indeed came from the format used.

I have another problem that exceeds my Excel or OpenOffice skills: in this same table, I would like to integrate absences.
For example, I took Monday off, and I would like that by entering "leave" in a cell next to the hours of the day, a deduction of one day (let's say 8 hours) is made, without needing to specify the actual hours to be worked.

Am I expressing myself poorly...?
