Hello,
I have a Canon MG7150 printer for one month. After working fine, I’m now stuck with error code 5011. After following the on-screen instructions several times:
- Cancel print
- Turn the printer off and on
===> Nothing helps!
I have completely reinstalled the provided software (drivers, etc.). Same thing.
Appears there’s nothing I can see that would cause a physical jam/block in the printer.
