Hello, I just installed my new printer that works with Wi-Fi. I can print, but I can't scan.
Here's the error message:
IJ NETWORK SCANNER SELECTOR EX not found
Reset the scanner driver
the scanner driver will be closed
code:3,208,0
I tried reinstalling the printer, which was successful, but I still can't scan. How do I reset the scanner driver? Is there another way to initiate a scan?
I'm using Windows 8.

If you are still looking for an answer, the file you are looking for is provided with the printer drivers here:

You open the archive with software like winrar, 7z, winzip, etc., you go into the subfolders \LANUTIL\SELECTOR\ and you run the setup file.
