I must have accidentally pressed a button and the characters are no longer printing. What should I do?

    HP wired keyboard, I pressed the num lock but it doesn't work! Help please because the on-screen keyboard is not great!

    Hello!
    First of all: what kind of keyboard do you have? USB, wireless, or built-in?
    Then it's probably the Num Lock key that has been accidentally pressed (also called Num Lock).
