How to write and print a letter?

Good evening, I am starting with office work: I have Windows XP and I would like to write a letter and print it afterwards. Thank you.

    Hello.

    To start with, you need:
    - a word processing software (Word, Writer, Works ...),
    - a printer.
    Then you need to:
    - learn how to use the software,
    - connect the printer to the computer,
    - make sure there is ink and paper and start printing.

    While waiting to buy or download software, you can use 
    WordPad
    , which is among the Accessories of Windows.

    Retirement is great! Especially in the Caribbean ... :-)
