Probleme config canon dr-5080c

j'ai un scanner dr-5080c qui ne fonctionne avec mon indows xp j'ai telecharger et installe les pilotes a partir du site de canon et rien.
Au secours

As tu le service-pack2 de windows?Il resout souvent pas mal de problemes au niveau des compatibilités...
===>clic droit (poste de travail)--choix propriété---onglet générale
