Please, I would like you to explain to me why the dedicated video memory of my graphics card is 128 MB and what I should do to increase it. Because when I use software or games with high 3D graphics, the video displays very slowly.

You cannot increase the dedicated memory size of your graphics card. Your graphics card can utilize a portion of the RAM, but that's also fixed (system-compatible memory, basically shared memory). Yes, your graphics card (if we can even call it that) has its limits, and you've reached them.
