I no longer remember my Orange voicemail code :(

Hello,

When I try to listen to my voicemail messages on Orange's voicemail, I'm asked for a code, but unfortunately I don't remember it, and I can't find any way to retrieve it without being prompted for it :( Do you have a solution please?
I have messages that will soon be deleted and I would really like to listen to them..

Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

      But they ask me for my secret code and then I have to finish with # ..

      Receive your secret via SMS on your mobile:

      1 Dial 06 08 08 08 08.

      2 Enter your mobile number when prompted and then end with #.

      3 Press 1 to confirm your number or press 2 to start again.

      4 Dial * (star) to receive your secret code.

      Thank you, but it doesn't work.
      The server immediately asks for the secret code. Options 1 and 2 are no longer available.
      If anyone has the solution to disable the secret code, I'm interested.
      Even through the Orange / Cloud / Voicemail / Internet site, it doesn't work.
