I registered a different phone number of a family member because initially the registration only allowed Mobilis numbers, but over time they introduced the other operators. It’s very inconvenient for me to ask my father for the transaction code, especially at night when we want to pay our bills, etc. I've been to several post offices, and they told me I had to wait for my card to expire or go to the central Edhahabia magnetic card office, but everyone speaks differently. I was told at Said Hamdine, I was told at Algiers center (Place des Martyrs), and I don't know where else. Honestly, it's a hassle and I’m fed up. The magnetism services at Algérie Poste are very limited, and it's very clear that the staff is poorly informed and poorly trained to work. It's unfortunate. The card itself is good for its multiple services, but staff needs training or the registration system on the Algérie Poste site needs to change, because the secret question is a mandatory field, and if you forget it, you're stuck. Whereas on other major global platforms, we are given multiple options if we forget our passwords. Anyway, what more can I say... we are desperately waiting for a solution.
