Hello, I cancelled my Canal Sat and Canal Plus subscription and I'd like to know how to return the decoder and the remote control. I took my subscription at Auchan; do I have to return the equipment there? Thank you for your answers.

According to this site https://www.lettre-resiliation.com/guides/internet-mobile-tv/resiliation-canalsat.html, you have several options for returning your equipment:
- you can return the equipment to a Canal+ / CanalSat distributor with the return number provided, along with a list of stores near you; otherwise, go here: http://espaceclient.couple.canal-plus.com/secure/0/accueil/pid3206-nos-distributeurs.html
- alternatively, you can send everything back by Colissimo to Canal's "equipment return" service.
