How to disable "Google Backup and Sync"?

Hello,
For the second time this morning, I found on my machine an icon "google auto backup++", which I did not install.
What bothers me is that:
1- The admin account and the 'limited' users are separated on this machine, and this software installs itself without our knowledge, even though it doesn't have access to the administrator account (which is hardly ever used)..
2- The only Google software on this machine is Google Earth, for which I've blocked the auto-updater for a long time...
So Google uses frankly dubious techniques to force us to install their software supposedly for our own good; which reinforces my idea of using them as little as possible and continuing to boycott them as much as possible...
Knowing that:
- I use CCleaner for cleaning at each boot,
- MSE as antivirus,
- MBAM once a month to check,
- I have disabled all updaters with CCleaner/msconfig;
- My router/firewall runs a sort of "adblock+ghostery" directly on the DNS in addition to the usual Firefox filters,
- This machine (personal) is a Dell OptiPlex 780 with a legal Windows 7 since it's integrated in it.
I therefore have the following questions:
1- By what means do the people at Google manage to force my Windows 7 to install their software without leaving any trace and without any agreement?
2- How can I permanently prohibit this (from Google as well as others)?
PS: The purpose of this post is not to open a philosophical debate on Google's (or others') practices and their business practices.... Please put this kind of comments elsewhere.
