Sage commercial management: invoice printing

Hello,
I recently started using the Sage commercial management software. I managed to create invoices, but I'm having a problem with the printing. The saved templates look perfect in the print preview,
but when printing, the borders, lines, and the entire grid are printed. I don't understand why?
I'm using white paper and I chose a template used by the previous accountant; she did the layout. Her invoices were printed perfectly. My problem is the grid on each line that appears when printing. She only had a general border.
I tested with the Sage templates and I have the same problem.
It should be noted that after her departure, there was a server change and no tests were conducted until I arrived.
This resembles Excel when you don't want the gridlines; you just need to uncheck "print gridlines" in the settings.
Do you have any idea?
