Here is what is written exactly: 'Windows has stopped this device because it has problems. (Code 43)' In Control Panel > Device Manager > Graphics Card > AM RADEON HD 860/8700

Hello,

I don't know much about peripherals beyond that.

I suggest you read this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/310123/error-codes-in-device-manager-in-windows

Then do the following:

? Click the Start button
? In the search box, type: cmd
? At the top, right-click on cmd (or cmd.exe) -> Run as administrator.
? In the command prompt, type sfc /scannow (making sure to include a space after sfc) -> Enter

? This scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with the appropriate Microsoft versions.
? If all goes well: "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations"
? Otherwise: Windows will indicate whether it could repair (or not) and will ask to restart the PC to complete the repair.
? Restart the computer!

Finally:

Click on the Start menu
Click on My Computer (Computer for Windows VISTA/7)
Right-click on the drive where Windows is installed (usually it's the C drive)
Click on Properties
Click on Tools
Click on Check Now
Check both boxes "Automatically fix file system errors" and "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors"
Click on Schedule disk check
Restart your computer, a check will be carried out on restart.
