Hello,
So I have a font issue...
When I change the font, every time I click, the old font reverts back to it systematically. The color as well. It’s very frustrating!
If someone can help...
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
You should check on incredissimo https://www.incredissimo.com/forums/ a forum dedicated to the software, which are very good.
I use the premium version and I’ve never had any issues, so it would be best to check them out; you also have the site http://www.chezmamankiki.fr/forum/index.php
See you soon

Hello AEI Vulcan,
Well, I registered on the second site ....
Which did not enlighten me!
What does “subject to the staff” mean?
If it isn’t too much trouble, I’d like you to post for me!
Otherwise, I have a second question.
This one remains a mystery to MANY (!!!!) people online and to 2 friends,
both computer whizzes!
One day.... My wallpaper disappeared (yes, really!).
And I can't put another one.
I can only change to a solid color but can’t set anything else.
No images, no photos, etc....
We tried everything. By all means. Everyone gave up after exhausting all possible solutions!!!
I’ll bring it up again—who knows!
I’m using Windows 7 for info!
Thanks for your help :)

Thanks Vulcan! Very nice!
Regarding the manipulations performed, I admit I won’t be able to explain them all to you, and those I do remember, I’ll give you a quick update tomorrow :)
Have a good evening

So there are several reasons, but be sure to check if one of the solutions has already been implemented. These explanations are from Windows, so here is my first draft of my research. I don’t know if this will solve your problem but this problem is known so we’ll get there.

The symptoms observed:
Scenario 1
When you try to change the desktop background by clicking on Control Panel, Appearance and Personalization, then Change desktop background, the checkboxes are not selected when you click them and the Select All and Clear All buttons do not work as expected. Therefore, you cannot change the desktop background.
Scenario 2
When you try to click on an image, then choose Set as Desktop Background, the following error message appears:
Could not set this image as wallpaper. An internal error has occurred.
Scenario 3
You see a black background even if you change your background image.
Scenario 4
The Desktop Background slideshow feature does not work properly.
The causes:
This issue can occur for the following reasons:
There is a third-party application such as Samsung Display Manager installed.
In the Control Panel, the Desktop Background in Power Options is disabled.
In the control, the option Delete background images is enabled.
A domain policy may not allow the background to be changed.
You may have a TranscodedWallpaper.jpg file that is corrupted.
The fixes:
Method 1: Damaged TranscodedWallpaper.jpg
If the TranscodedWallpaper.jpg file is damaged, you may not be able to change the desktop background image.
Click Start, paste the following text into the Search box and press Enter
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\
Right-click the TranscodedWallpaper.jpg file, then click Rename.
Replace the file name TranscodedWallpaper.jpg with TranscodedWallpaper.old and then click Yes when prompted.
If slideshow.ini is listed, double-click that file. Slideshow.ini should open in Notepad. Select all the text in slideshow.ini, if applicable, then press Delete on the keyboard.
In the File menu, click Save.
Close Notepad.
Close the Windows Explorer window and go to the image that will be used as the wallpaper.
Try applying a wallpaper again.
Method 2: Incompatible applications
Some applications that manage display settings can cause compatibility issues with wallpaper images, Aero Glass effects, and other Windows features.
Method 3: Check the background setting in Power Options
There is a Power Options setting in the Control Panel that interrupts a wallpaper slideshow.
Click Start, type Power Options in the Search box, and then click Power Options in the list.
In the Choose a power plan window, click Change plan settings next to your selected power plan.
Click Change advanced power settings and expand Desktop background settings.
Expand Slideshow and make sure the On battery and Plugged in options are set to Available.
Click OK, then close the Edit Plan window.
Method 4: Check the background delete setting under accessibility settings
There is an accessibility setting in the panel that removes desktop background images.
Click Start, Control Panel, Accessibility, then click Ease of Access Center.
Under Explore all settings, click Make the computer easier to see.
Ensure that the option to remove desktop background images is not selected.
Double-click OK and close the Ease of Access Center window.
Method 5: Check for a domain policy that disables changing the background
If you are on a domain, your domain administrator may have disabled this option to change the desktop background.
Click Start, type Group Policy in the search box, and then click Edit Group Policy in the list.
Click User Configuration, click Administrative Templates, click Desktop, then click Desktop again.
Double-click on Wallpaper.
Note: Click Not Configured to enable the option to change the desktop background.
cordialement

Good evening AEI Vulcan,
Here I am again...
Sorry for not replying sooner, I’m a bit overwhelmed.
For the font change, it’s good!!! (I was on “random”...)
Next:
For the wallpaper...
Scenario 1: OK
Scenario 2: No error message
Scenario 3: Yes
Scenario 4: Probably!!
Methods 3 and 4, I had already tried, with no result.
I’m now tackling method 1 (I need to focus!!) hoping it will be the right one!!
Thank you, thank you, see you soon.

Hi there,
For method 1, it's impossible to paste the text... I paste and "stuff" it tells me (to summarize) that nothing matches my search. I'll try method 5... So I'm not an idiot in IT, am I?! :)

Aaaarrrgghh !!!!!!!!!!!
For method 5, I’m stuck clicking on the desktop because there’s no desktop on the horizon list .....
But I don’t want to be a burden, I’ve gotten used to my single screen!.....
A thousand thanks, maybe see you later !

Good evening,
Well, I’m going to start using incredimail again, because I reformatted my PC after a hardware problem, and I haven’t resumed it since I didn’t have time. So within 2 hours I’ll review the operation with the software. I’ll let you know. By the way, you still can’t register on incredissimo? because they’re waiting, they don’t quite understand why you can’t register.
try again
kind regards,
PS: Until I find a solution for you, I’ll stay at this workstation

I downloaded 2.5
when you go to write a new message, below there are icons to send, save, a bar where we have the font, I have Arial, if it isn't displayed click on the body of the message to make it appear and then click on the font icon and confirm "set my preferred font" and there you go.

Good evening,
Thanks for your message.
Have you read mine, the latest one? In which I tell you that I can’t reach the end of "your method 5" ??! (Impossible to click on the desktop ...)
Anyway, what you explained to me with method 5, I know I have never tried before.
So I can’t say whether it works, being "stuck" in the middle of the process!
But, my understanding of the text remains quite relative ....!!
Thanks again ..
