Fenetres intempestives avec ~http://......

Bonjour à tous,
Ca fait un moment que je reçois sans cesse des pubs qui s'ouvrent toutes les minutes. J'ai déjà mis SPYBOT, ADAWARE, CCLEANER et PUBELLE.
J'ai l'impression que le plus efficace est Pubelle mais les fenetres viennent quand même. Leurs adresses commencent toutes par
~ http://....
Je pense qu'elles viennent d'un logiciel que j'ai dû téléchargé mais comment savoir lequel ? Si j'arrive à le trouver je le supprime et normalement le problème ne devrait plus exister.
Est-ce que quelqu'un a une idée pour m'aider ? Parce que y en a vraiment ras le bol de ces pubs, en plus elles sont même pas intéressantes...

    télécharge HijackThis ici:
    http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/138-hijackthis-1991.html

    Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
    Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !
    Renomme-le en Scanner.exe

    Lance le puis:
    clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile" (cf démo)
    faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum

    J'ai le même problème, ces fenêtres s'ouvrent très régulièrement, avec des pubs pour tout et n'importe quoi et souvent pour des sites porno !! Voilà la copie de mon log :
