Problem with connecting a scart cable to an HDMI TV

Hello,
I have a flat Samsung screen that I want to connect to my computer. The computer doesn't have RCA jacks or an HDMI port.
I connected a SCART cable to the computer. The cable converts to HDMI, which I plugged into the TV.
The picture works very well, but the sound still comes from the computer's built-in speakers. I searched in the control panel, sound, to try to change the settings in playback, but the computer doesn't detect the TV's audio system. I don't know what to do anymore.
