Hello,
I am new, and I have a problem that I can't solve and for which I need your help, please. My HP Photosmart C5180 printer shows error oxc05d2381, and I can no longer print anything. Could someone suggest a course of action to follow? Thank you in advance for your help.
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello,
I found an answer in English, I'll translate it for you into French.
Reset the product:
Without turning off the product, unplug the USB cable from the back of the product. NOTE: The USB cable connects to the port at the back of the product. The port is marked with the USB icon ().
Remove the cartridges from the product.
Wait for the message "Insert cartridges" to appear on the control panel.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the product.
Wait 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back in. If the product does not turn on automatically, press the power button ().
Reinsert the cartridges, then close the open doors on the product.
If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
Plug the USB cable back into the back of the product, then try printing again.
Good luck!
