PC without operating system that won't boot

Hello and happy holidays!

First of all, thank you for reading my message, and even more to those who will try to help me.

So here it is, I bought a computer (an Oxygen MK1) without an operating system, and I thought that by inserting the ISO CD it would work. (I had previously formatted computers on Ubuntu, but never with an empty computer).
I have two DVDs of Windows 8, one in 32 bits and the other in 64 bits; two other DVDs containing Ubuntu 13.10; and a USB stick with Windows 8 64 bits. Originally, I wanted to set up a dual boot Windows/Linux.

However, when I insert my DVDs/USB stick, the central unit makes noise, but nothing happens. The screen always shows: HDMI no signal

I also tried inserting the two CDs that I received with the computer, namely the "Driver Installation CD" and a second "Intel 8 series Utilities," but again, nothing more happens.

So here it is, I really don't know what to do, I have already checked on another computer that the screen and cables are working, and everything is fine on that side.

Hello,

First, we need to check if the problem is coming from the desktop. What happens when you don’t plug anything in? Does the screen turn on? Do you see any display? Is it possible to access the BIOS?

Because your message "hdmi no signal" suggests a connection problem between the desktop and the screen. Have you properly connected the screen to the correct HDMI port (the one on the graphics card, next to the VGA ports)?

Also, try connecting the screen via VGA. This will help determine if the issue is related to that. If nothing works, contact customer service.

Hello, so first of all, when I turn on the tower without a CD (or even with one), nothing appears on the screen, except for the "HDMI no signal" or "VGA no signal" when I switch the cables. I connected the screen with these same cables to another computer and I confirmed that it works.

I therefore do not have access to the BIOS, even when tapping F2, F8, etc., with or without a CD-ROM.

Hello,
As ikewdu told you, check the sav side because the problem is probably hardware-related.

Yes ... I will go on Friday, but I was hoping to find a solution beforehand ^^

Is it a pre-built or kit PC? We just found a "temporary solution" on another topic by removing one of the two RAM sticks.

Are you sure you are connecting the monitor in the right place?

So it's a built PC and yes I'm sure I'm connecting the screen to the right place.

You need to connect your screen to your graphics card and not to your motherboard.
Check if your drivers are up to date, including the one for your GPU and the HDMI driver.
If the PC was without an OS, you need to install and update all the drivers.
Did you burn your ISO to a CD at least?

Hello,

You need to configure your BIOS to boot from CD or USB.

To access it, try tapping F2 at startup or Esc, it depends on the PC...

Then go to the "Boot" menu and change the boot priority order by putting the CD and/or USB first.

Save the changes and restart your PC with the USB or CD.

P.S.: If you want to set up a dual boot, I recommend installing Windows first before Linux as it's much simpler this way.

Don't hesitate to share any problems you encounter if you don't understand or if the BIOS setup isn't working :)

Hello.
Insert a system DVD into the drive and restart the PC, and try the F2, F8, F10, or F12 key depending on the motherboard. Then boot from the drive.
