HDMI Port Issue Continental Edison LED

Hello,
I have a problem with my Continental Edison TV model ce62lcd32hd3.

The HDMI port is no longer working... When I connect a device (PS3 or PS4 console), I see the image appear for a few seconds and then it disappears.

We took it to the repair shop where they reset the TV, and they said it should work, but nothing has changed...

    When we went to the repair shop, he managed to access hidden menus, but we can't seem to find them again...
    Do you know if there’s a specific manipulation to do?

    It does the same thing regardless of the cable and the outlet; we tried with other cables and devices, it really only comes from the TV.

    OK.
    The problem is that if it's a TV issue, I really don't see what CCM can do...
    I would say "head to customer service". other than that?

    Oh yes, maybe a firmware update. It's worth a try.

    and the cable? Has it been checked?
