Bluestacks [ black screen ]

Hello,
Yesterday I installed a software called Bluestacks, which is a program that allows you to play Android games on your PC, but whenever I launch a game, meaning an app, Bluestacks starts and a window opens, but the game doesn't start and the window remains black.

Thank you for helping me if you have any solutions.

    Uninstall Bluestacks and follow this tutorial. That's what I did, and since then the applications have been working properly.

    Hi, for me it just shows a black screen for Springfield in The Simpsons (and I can still see the EA contract), otherwise the other games work just fine.

    Well, I had the same problem and I found the solution. I clicked on the arrow at the bottom right of my desktop. I exited BlueStacks and then restarted it as an administrator and boom! It works.

    I also have this problem when I open BlueStacks, there is just a small Android icon at the bottom left, but nothing else, it stays black, I need a solution :/

    Close the software bluestacks.
    You need to search for "services" on your computer (click on it) and then stop all the services that start with "Bluestacks"... (click once on it to select it, then go to action and stop).
    Now you can restart Bluestacks and it will work.

    This may not be the answer to your question, but my uncle updated his graphics card (Gforce) and the game restarted immediately

    You need to start BlueStacks first and then the application.
    If it doesn't work, re-download it.

    Hello,

    so here is the solution: you need to uninstall the graphics card from your PC, then turn it off and turn it back on

    After that, the graphics card will install itself like a big girl hihih

    and it will update, so now the emulator will work properly

    At the opening of Bluestacks, black screen, no loading, and I did what Sqartox said and it's perfect now.
