Big connection issue with BlueStacks

Hello, for a few weeks I haven't been able to connect to BlueStacks.

Once launched, it's impossible to find anything on the Google Play, and the same goes for when I launch my Clash of Clans game; I can't connect, and it also tells me every time that it’s impossible to load the channels and impossible to connect to the internet.
What should I do please help me thank you in advance for your help.

P.S.: I specify that I am on Wi-Fi and that my internet is working perfectly well.

    Have you ever tried uninstalling it?

    Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled several versions and I still have the same problem, which I don't understand. Currently, I am using Andy as an Android emulator, which works very well, but not BlueStacks. What should I do, please?

      I have no idea about this problem... Since when do you have BlueStack? Have you checked the firewalls?

    I have had Bluestack for years and I have never had this problem before; it was working very well. I haven't checked the firewalls since I haven't touched them, but I should point out that I use Windows Defender and I am on Win10.
