BlueStacks won't install!

Hello,
When I launch the BlueStacks application that I just downloaded, everything goes normally during the installation, but at the moment the software displays "Initializing": the loading is infinite and the window quickly shows "BlueStacks (not responding)"
Having been on several forums, I attempted various manipulations such as running the app as an administrator or going into the task manager and stopping all the programs in HD. So I’m stuck ;)
Help me out and thanks in advance!

Hello, Bluestacks is asking me to update my graphics card (it's a standard GVA card) but no updates are detected, my drivers are also up to date, what should I do?
Thank you.

You need to right-click, go to Compatibility, select the right Windows, and then you just have to restart BlueStacks.

I tested it with Windows 8 and it works. It was Windows 8.1 that was getting me stuck on the initialization screen.

I had the same problem as you, but before having the issue, my Bluestacks was working.
The problem appeared after the update of my graphics card. At the end of the installation, an error showed up in blue and it restarted the PC.
When my PC rebooted, Bluestacks no longer worked, it got stuck on initialization.
So I uninstalled Bluestacks and reinstalled the graphics card updates and then reinstalled Bluestacks.

It works perfectly now.

You need to open it as an administrator.

Hello everyone! I had the same issue as you and to solve your problem, you need to clean the registry with CCleaner before installing Bluestacks, there you go, I hope I helped you, goodbye!

Hi

I tried several manipulations such as running the app as an administrator

Just right-click > run as admin..?
or
right-click > properties > compatibility..?

I'm trying again, it's been at least 20 minutes that it's saying "initializing" but nothing else!

Hello,

I also struggled quite a bit, and after searching around here and there, I did several manipulations...

I don't know if it's just one of them that works or all these combinations, but in the end, it works...

-1) - Before installing Bluestacks: right-click on the .exe file > Properties > Compatibility tab > Check Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 3) > Check lower down in: Privilege level: Run this program as an administrator > OK

-2) - Right-click on the .exe file > Run as administrator (it might be redundant, but that's how I did it)

-3) - Once in the blue window where Bluestacks launches with an installation progress bar, press "ctrl+alt+del" to open the Task Manager.

-4) - In the Services tab, Click on Services (in the bottom right) > Right-click on each service that starts with Bluestacks > Properties > General tab > under Startup type: choose: Manual > Click Apply > OK

-5) - And using the desktop shortcut, always open Bluestacks by right-clicking > Run as administrator.

There you go, for me it works well like this.

Happy gaming to you all...

Good evening, for my part, my first installation crashed (on Windows 8). Then, by changing the location where the software installs and redirecting it to: /program files (X86), the software passed the initialization step where it was getting stuck. I also unchecked the two functions for notifications and the other one.
I hope I have helped you and sorry for the delay of this post ^^.

Hello, after uninstalling and re-downloading from another site, I had to disable my antivirus during the installation and then launched the installer as an administrator... (the first time I executed it normally and tried to launch it as an administrator, it didn't work!) you will get back to the game initialization but 1 minute maximum for me this time! (Windows 8.1) hope this helps ;)
