Hello,
Could someone provide information about Smadav Antivirus??? I found it on all the computers in my network, installed by the previous IT, paired with our standard antivirus, and it works well and scans USB keys directly. It works fine, but I’m a bit concerned if it doesn’t have spyware or other malicious software running in the background. So, in short, can we trust Smadav Antivirus????

2 antivirus running on the same PC... doesn't that shock you?
Smadav is apparently a fake antivirus, so it's a program to eliminate.

You can now question your "previous IT" and the effectiveness of your "standard antivirus" ;)
And maybe plan a good scan of your systems... -

samadav is like a utility that disinfects removable disks, but it doesn't protect your computer like antivirus software does. I don't think that's a problem.
