Hello,
I would like to be able to install a PC game on my computer in such a way that I no longer need to insert the game CD to play it. How do I do that, please?
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 31.0.1650.57

After a quick search on the internet that confirmed my idea, here’s the course of action ;) let’s go, clever one! You legally download the software daemon tools which will help you resolve your issue, then you insert your CD into the drive and with daemon tools, you mount an image. There you have an ISO file that you just need to read with daemon tools which will create a virtual CD drive and you’ll be able to play your game :D
And if you didn’t understand everything: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hNM4q7HU14w -
You just need to add the appropriate "no-cd" patch, which can be easily found on Google.
You have the legal right to do so as long as you own the original work.
I do this for all my software on my ultrabook, since there is no disc drive.-

Either one works.
With a "no-cd" patch, you just need to download the executable file associated with the correct software and replace the original to avoid needing the disc.
With Daemon Tool, you must first completely copy the disc as an image and mount it on a virtual drive each time you want to run the program (which can be done automatically at startup). You will need quite a bit of storage space for the disc image and resources to mount it.

Hi, download Daemon Tool Lite available in the download section of CCM.
Install it and insert your game DVD into your drive, open Daemon Tool Lite and create an ISO of your DVD in a folder you created earlier.
Once done, remove your DVD and in Daemon Tool select mount an ISO image, select your previously created ISO file, click on mount and there you go. -
