My iPhone calls by itself. Solved

Question

Hello, I have a problem that has been happening for some time now. My iPhone 6s is calling numbers from my contacts on its own. I decided to reset it to factory settings thinking it might be a virus, but even after that the problem persists. It happens even when I'm using my phone, but the call interface doesn't appear; I only realize it when I check the call history. I've tried looking for solutions online but haven't found anything. I need help, please.

Hello,
Just make sure to turn off the touchscreen properly before putting it back in your pocket or bag… We've all made calls accidentally or received calls from people that we can hear walking down the street.

Hello, I have the same problem. I have a Wiko Lenny 4. I did a test today. I made a call and at the end of the call, I pressed the red button which ended the conversation. I put the phone down on the table. It called the same person twice. And my iCloud has been disabled for a long time. Does anyone have a solution please?

Hello, I am satisfied to see that I am not alone in knowing this problem. On April 24, 2019, my wife’s and daughter’s Bouygues phones called 54 times the number 0890241879 (premium rate at 3 euros per call) over a span of less than 40 minutes each, totaling 161.42 euros to be precise. As soon as I received the bill, which was 15 days before the direct debit date, I called Bouygues to ask them to remedy this scam, but they did nothing. I then opposed the direct debits, and I wanted to file a complaint at the gendarmerie in Dinan. I was received by a cooperative officer who called customer service in front of me, and they responded that it was simply impossible (!!!). Nevertheless, Bouygues agreed to halve the bill, which I refused. The officer then told me that he could not take my complaint into account, as what I was telling him was impossible (you have to be kidding...). I tried to retort what was the point for me to call this number 54 times and spend 1 hour and 15 minutes at the gendarmerie, but nothing worked. Bouygues is now threatening me with legal action and especially threatening to include me in the national file of bad telephone payers, which, they told me, would prevent me from signing any new contracts with any operators!!! Good evening to all.

A helpful Bouygues advisor called me today and very kindly erased my debt of 161.42 euros, everything is back to normal, it's perfect, thank you +++
