Good evening, I received my first bill from Free.
I don't understand why I am being charged extra for Pro Rata Free High Speed associated with my subscription. Regards.

    I don't understand why I'm being charged extra for the Free High-Speed Pro Rata associated with my subscription.
    That's normal. It corresponds to the period when you first connected your Freebox (mid-month). Since we couldn't issue a bill for that period, it was carried over to the bill for the following month. In short, you have the first month (pro rata) + the current month (normal subscription).
    The pro rata is charged only once. The next bills will be "normal" with your actual usage.
