Freebox Player turning off by itself

Question

Hello, I’ve had a second Freebox Player for multi-TV for a few months (I've been with Free since 2005 and multi-TV since 2006, which has always worked), everything was fine until one day I noticed that the multi-TV Player box was turned off (no lights), so I always have to unplug it, wait for the green light to stop blinking (otherwise it doesn’t work), then the Free reboots and works normally.

This happens when the box is in standby, not when it is on, and in a random manner: one day it might turn off in 2 hours, while another day it might turn off in 4 hours...

I've checked the power management settings, nothing; I've disabled the automatic shut-off, still nothing....

I want to specify that it is connected via HDMI to my television and that everything was working well...

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 24.0

And on the Freeplugs side, have you re-established the connection of those (the 3 Freeplugs I mean)?
You could contact the hotline for a diagnosis and see if there's a need for you to get a replacement.

The Player was turned on, and then all of a sudden it turned off and displayed the purple LED, even though no one touched the remote...

Here are some actions you could take:
- Check the association of the Freeplugs
- Perform a simple reboot of the Player
- Check the electrical connection
- Change the electrical socket
- Plug the Player into the other freeplug
- Reset the Player

Hello,
If your Freebox Player has an address starting with 140C, you may be suffering from the syndrome of the box that turns off by itself.
You need to unplug it electrically before you can turn it back on; otherwise, it's impossible.

Hello, The @ is located behind the Freebox player on a white label. If it starts with 14:0C:... you have joined the subscribers who are victims of this bug. Best regards,

Hello, sorry for the delay, yes the Freebox Player has a number starting with 140C, and I tried to re-associate them, without success...

The strangest thing is that this problem appeared out of nowhere!
