Lenco L-3867USB Vinyl Turntable

Hello,
I just purchased a L-3867 turntable to listen to my old records from the 60s. I just received the device and plugged it into the 220/230V power supply. The turntable reads 230, does that pose a problem? The record is spinning, but I have no sound or very faint sound. I thought I could listen to my records without any issues with this turntable, as the sellers told me I could?
Is it possible to listen to records with just this turntable, like on my old turntable which is no longer working, yes or no? If yes, why is it not possible to increase the volume?
The installation disc is in English and I can't read it.
Thank you for your response if possible
with my best regards
bb

    Hello,

A turntable is not a record player; it needs to be connected to an amplification system (stereo system, home theater, etc.).

In this case (Lenco L-3867USB), it is possible to connect the turntable to a PC via the USB port and use the PC's audio part (sound card and speakers).

The turntable (Lenco L-3867USB) is equipped with a preamp, so it can be connected directly to the "Line" input of any amplifier.

I am available for any further questions, best regards...

    Good evening

Thank you for your response. I am looking for a turntable. I have repeatedly asked if this turntable can play records and I have always been told yes. I had doubts, so I will return it to the store.
    Thank you for your response.
    Best regards
