Itt Océanic 1160 Old Vinyl Turntable: help

Hello!

I just got an old Itt Oceanic 1160 turntable up and running again.

What is the switch for that has positions 7, 10, and 12?
What is the knob at the base of the arm for, which is graduated 2, 4, 6?
Why do some vinyl records play perfectly, while others skip on every bass note (almost new and not scratched)? I feel like the cartridge isn't pressing down enough, but even adjusted to the maximum, it still skips slightly on each beat.

Thank you for your clarifications! :)

I have the manual

switch 7 10 12 = diameter selector for the disc
knob 2, 4, 6 = I don't know, nothing in the manual! (in my opinion, it's a precise adjustment of the speed/rpm)

next to the stylus, you have a small white lever, you can rotate it to move it to the right or left of the head depending on the style of playback (LP or 78rpm) actually you have 2 styli on the same shaft.

I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.

Hello, I’m looking for at least one photo of the ITT Oceanic ST 1160 or ST 1165; I had one when I was little.
