HELLO, I bought on this site and I was never delivered, I never received my order. They are scammers, I intend to file a complaint because I asked for a refund and they told me they had already sent the package so there's no possibility of cancellation. WARNING DRESSLILLY IS A SCAM SITE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. They advertise on Facebook and they have a page that I reported.

I placed an order on www.adollia.com. The dress is amazing, I recommend it to you because the price is very low and their quality is on the same level as what I tried in a Parisian boutique. What a great find. I will definitely order other things from their site as they offer all quality products at affordable prices.
I especially advise you against this site. I placed an order in January and up to now I haven't received anything, and you can never get a refund. They give you numbers that are useless. Truly a scam.
WARNING! DRESSLILY is a thief site that does not meet its deadlines and does not refund in case of clothing returns! Not to mention the customs fees that can sometimes double the initial price!

Hello, I ordered a dress from Dress Lily, and I received it a month and a half later, and it didn't even match the photo. I hesitated but eventually placed another order that was canceled after 20 days without notice or explanation.
I do not recommend this site.
The prices are tempting, but if you want clothes like that, it's better to go to a city center; the "Chinese" stores are everywhere.

Hello everyone, just a little message to advise you against buying from this site. I had the misfortune of placing an order over two months ago... When ordering online, everything goes well, all the selected items are available; for less than 50 euros, I find myself with 5 beautiful dresses, so I am more than eager to receive my package!! I bear my patience because I decide to choose free shipping with a waiting period of 10 to 20 business days. After 20 days, still no news from them, I go to their site and see that my order was sent more than 5 days ago, of course, I still haven’t received anything... I then decide to send them an email through the site, I wait 2 days and still no news, I am despairing :( I see on their website that an online chat is available, I give it a try, after 15 minutes a certain "Sunny" replies to me. I explain my situation to her and give her my order number. After a few minutes, she tells me that 4 of the dresses in my order are no longer available and if all goes well, I will receive the only one available in 3 weeks > < !!! Angry, I ask her if it’s a joke and that I want to be refunded immediately for the 4 unavailable dresses. She assures me that I will receive the refund via my PayPal in 5 days, which of course I have not received! Since then, no news from them despite my multiple emails and still no package received 2 months later! For the refund, I turned to PayPal, which is doing its best and assures me that I will be refunded! So my advice is don’t order from this site, I wouldn’t say it’s a scam even though it certainly looks like one!!
A shitty site... poor quality, they sold me a product that was no longer in stock and as a result, I've been waiting for a refund since June!!!

So when I made my order on DressLily, someone took my credit card information and tried to impersonate me. Be careful, this site is not secure!!!

I ordered from Dresslily, 2 dresses and 1 coat, the quality is really not great and the dresses ordered in XL (knowing that they run small) fit my 10-year-old daughter!!! The sizing is all over the place! The coat was ordered at the end of October and received mid-January after several follow-ups on my part! Definitely not a trustworthy site; well, it's true that the price is in line with that... but if you have money to throw out the window, go ahead!

I ordered last week, the payment of 300 euros was accepted, but they required that I send an ID + a photocopy of my credit card for identity verification. However, I refused and asked for my orders to be canceled and for a refund. I was scared I wouldn't get my money back, but in the end, four days after their refund, the amount was credited to my account. I find it strange to ask this of customers. So I prefer not to buy, you never know.

I ordered several items in July and then I paid extra fees to have them delivered within a week, it’s the end of September and I still haven't received my items.
After multiple complaints to this website, I was told that the package is stuck in customs (which customs, I do not know more) and that I have to pay customs fees to retrieve my package, which is another 40 euros along with all the paperwork that comes with it for a 136 euro order. A great deal knowing that I have other things to do than search for my package!
I paid for an order and now they explain to me that this package was destroyed by customs and that they can't do anything for me! In that case, it would have been more correct to charge us the customs fees before it was sent, so I knew where I was going.
It's outrageous and I will never order from this dishonest site again!

I placed an order on October 8 and have received no delivery to date, no response to my complaints. A scam.
I absolutely do not recommend this site. The delivery times are very long, and the packaging consists of a very thin plastic bag that does not protect the items and tears easily. I ordered seven items from them, and I am not happy with any of them. The clothes are very poorly made, in thin and flimsy fabrics, unlike the enticing photos... so they are going straight to the trash. My shower curtain is much shorter than the advertised measurements... so that's going to the trash too. My stickers arrived bent and damaged, making them unusable, so they're going to the trash as well... I am blacklisting this site forever!!!

This site should be avoided. The products are of poor quality, and the photos are misleading.
In case of dissatisfaction, there is no possibility of return, our email address becomes nonexistent.

I only received 4 out of 7 items today, December 28th, and on top of that, I had to pay 39 euros in VAT, which they call customs fees
At no point were we warned about additional charges!!!!

Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the buyer.
Any import from outside the Customs Territory of the EU is subject to the payment of taxes (mainly VAT..). Cf Art. L293-A of the General Tax Code.
The scam would rather be in the 'quality, size, cut, colors, etc.' of the cheaply bought items..
