Hello, my phone is not a Wiko but one of the Chinese clones S9300

Spreadtrum processor 1GHZ. I've already done this manipulation but the menu is not the same

on the screen there is

Installation:

Turn off your mobile.

Press and hold the Volume Up + Volume Down + Power buttons simultaneously until the screen displays the options "recovery mode: volume up" and "factory mode: volume down".

Press the Volume Up button to select recovery mode.

When an Android logo appears with an exclamation point, press the Home button to confirm.

In the recovery menu, select Wipe data/factory reset using the volume buttons for navigation and the Menu button for confirmation.

Confirm by selecting Yes delete all user data.

Wait while the operation is performed.

Then, select reboot system to restart your mobile.

There you go, your mobile will restart in a few moments with the original settings.
