Black screen and Chinese at startup Acer e700

Hello,
When I turned on my phone this morning, the screen was black with Chinese writing. I could switch from one line to another using the volume buttons.
I think I selected something because my phone is running a diagnostic. It has tested the camera, sound, etc... I am now at the jack socket diagnostic stage because as soon as I plug in my headphones, the message changes from NO to YES along with other writings. The problem is that I can't read Chinese (I don't even know if it's Chinese).
I now don't know what to do to move forward through the steps and get out of this diagnostic mode to get my phone back to normal.
