Major battery issue iPod Touch 5G 32GB

Hello, I have a 32GB iPod Touch 5G that I've had for 3 weeks and everything was going well until yesterday when I put it to charge and the next day, the battery hadn't charged at all. I don't understand what's happening so I'm begging you to help me!!!!

Configuration: Linux / Chrome 31.0.1650.16

    Hi!

    I don't know if this can be the solution to your problem, but after a while, dust accumulates in the battery port and even in the headphone jack.
    The solution is to take a small needle and gently scrape the bottom of the port to remove the dust.

    It worked for me, I hope it works for you too! :)
