    you have several options.
    - by carrier pigeon (don't forget to feed these little creatures)
    - by SMS (provided you know your interlocutor's phone number)
    - by email response (provided you know your interlocutor's email address)
    - by mail (provided you know their postal address)
    - by thought transmission (too complicated, you need to be a medium)
    - by walkie-talkie, CB, etc... (your interlocutor needs to have the receiving equipment)
    - I almost forgot about prayer (if it's God contacting you and not a collect call, otherwise beware of the bill)
    - another option, by courier, be careful with your choice, as they are more or less fast; if your message is going to Mars, you will have to wait a long time to send it (maybe until 2050!!!!)
    - have you also thought about the telegraph, but your interlocutor needs to know how to read Morse code.
    - here is a range of solutions that you can use; however, not all of them offer a satisfaction guarantee, so I would recommend being a bit clearer in your requests to avoid receiving the most outrageous responses possible.
