Hello, my Blaupunkt TV isn't working anymore, it's a "Blaupunkt 32FA112BK LED"

Let me explain the problem in more detail: I'm playing when suddenly, the screen goes black and the LED turns red indicating standby. I've disabled the automatic standby, I didn’t have my feet on the remote, so none of that. The main issue is that I can no longer turn it on, either with the remote or manually. The reboot doesn’t work, the little ON/OFF button doesn’t work either.

A few hours later, I try to turn it on, and bam, it works! I resume playing and within 5 minutes (ruling out overheating) my TV does it again.

I really don’t know how to fix the problem since I don’t even know what the problem is.

P.S.: All the cables are connected, the TV is just off but powered...

I have a somewhat similar problem with a Blaupunkt LCD TV that has been malfunctioning for just over 2 years (right after the warranty expired). When I turn it on, it alternates between the blue operational light and goes back to standby after a few seconds. It attempts to restart again if I don't touch anything... Before the incident, it would take 3 to 5 minutes to turn on, and we could watch programs normally. This time has gradually increased over 4 weeks: 15, 30, then 40 minutes, and now it takes more than 60 minutes!! It's quite intolerable. We have left it unplugged for several days to check if an internal clock could be reset (!?) That's where we stand. Planned obsolescence???

Good evening, the lifespan of LED TVs is expressed in hours of operation. The advantage of LED TVs is their "ultra-slim" design, while the disadvantage is that there's not much space for ventilation, which can surely lead to overheating of a capacitor. A laptop with a flat screen has its own fan, but an LED TV does not yet.

What I do is dust my flat LCD TV once a month with a can of compressed air through the slots on the back panel, just like for PCs. BE CAREFUL to do it with the power unplugged, of course, to avoid the risk of explosion.

Hello, sorry to bring the subject back up. I have the same issue with the TV since this morning.

I wanted to know, when you mention rebooting the TV, what procedure are you referring to?

Is there a command to execute? A manipulation to perform?

This TV has broken down again. I returned it to the store, which sent it back to the manufacturer, who replaced the electronic board.

I picked it up last week and after a few hours, the problem returned... And yet I plugged it into an outlet WITHOUT a power strip, some devices can't handle current fluctuations but still nothing...

I don't think it's the fuse; my electrical installation is recent, and this is the only device that has an issue. I see nothing else to do but change the TV.

Hello, I have a 46-inch LCD TV from the brand Blaupunkt, and here is the problem: when I turn it on, whether with or without the remote control, it stays in standby mode (the indicator remains red), and even when the indicator turns green, there is neither sound nor image, and the screen remains black.
