Hello,
I have the same problem. I've had it since Saturday (model BLA32/147) and I've been struggling to get it to turn on since then :/
Connections made, I even changed the remote control batteries just in case the ones provided were defective, but nothing works.
For my part, the TV is not directly connected to the wall antenna socket, so there is an extension of the antenna cable and the same for the power socket.
I've been searching, and I don't understand, I think I'll call them tomorrow if it's possible to reach them, when you see the support online it looks scary...
Hang in there =)

Find the mistake! A tiny button on the remote control slightly pressed into its socket and therefore stuck. As a result, it must have caused interference when I was trying to start the TV for the first time. Since then, everything works perfectly, even with extensions. It just goes to show that no matter how much we check, there’s always something that escapes us =)
