    Salut,

    Télécharge HijackThis :
    ---> fichiers/hijackthis.zip

    Installe le dans son propre dossier :
    - clic droit sur le bureau, tu choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe-le à l'intérieur.
    Fais un clic droit sur Hijackthis, choisis "renommer" puis marque ceci : abcde.exe
    Double-clic sur HijackThis. Clic sur "I Accept" puis clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
    Puis copie et colle ici le rapport qu'il va te générer.

    Désinstalle ce "programme" c'est une saloprie :

    - Winsos

    ¤ Télécharge SmitfraudFix et enregistre le sur le bureau. Si ton anti-virus t'alerte d'un virus, désactive-le.
    http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip

    décompresse SmitfraudFix
    Lance le fichier SmitfraudFix ou SmitfraudFix.cmd et choisit l option 1 copie le rapport ici stp

    Démarre en mode sans échec :
    Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 ((Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5)).
    dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter.
    Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
    Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !

    Relance le programme Smitfraud,
    Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui à tous ;
    Sauvegarde le rapport,
    Redémarre en mode normal,
    Copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum

    Refais un log Hitjackthis

      je vient de faire ce que vous m'avez dit.deja le point d'interrogation n'apparait plus sa c'est cool.je n'ai pas compris le sens de la phrase copie/colle le rapport sauvegarde sur le forum.sa veut dire:copie/colle le rapport de l'option2 sur le forum ce que je vient de faire au dessus ou copie/colle le rapport qui est deja sur le forum.pour se qui est de refais un log hitjackhis qu'est ce que sa veut dire et surtout je n'ai plus hitjackhis j'avais compris enleve le c'est une saloprie en faite la saloprie c'etait winsos que je n'ai d'ailleur pas enlever parceque je ne sais pas comment on fait.merci de votre aide et de votre patience.

    Clic sur "open uninstall manager"
    Clic sur "Save list" dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir enregistre le fichier à un endroit ou tu le retrouvera facilement.

    Ensuite, fais un copier du texte qui y aura dans ce fichier puis colles le ici stp

    Salut

    On va faire le nettoyage, pour mieux cerner ton problème, désinstalles les barre d'outils elles sont inutiles.
    Tu as pourquoi d'écran de veille, tu les télécharges sur quel site ? celà me semble suspect.

    Clic sur démarrer, panneau de configuration, ajouter/supprimer des programmes et désinstalle :

    - Dealio Toolbar < saloprie
    - Google Toolbar for Firefox
    - Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer
    - Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer
    - J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10
    - J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 11
    - J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9
    - Mozilla Firefox (2.0.0.1) < pas à jour, pense le à le mettre à jour
    - My Global Search Bar < saloprie
    - Yahoo! Anti-Spy
    - Yahoo! Toolbar avec bloqueur de fenêtres pop-up

    ¤ ¤ Fais ce nettoyage: à faire réguliérement

    *Télécharge et installe CCleaner (n'installe pas la barre d'outil Yahoo)

    - Dans la colonne de gauche clic sur "erreurs" coches toutes les cases, puis clic en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois terminé, clic sur "reparer les erreurs" et tu auras un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre tu clic "oui" puis tu recommences jusqu'a ce qu'il te trouve plus d'erreurs.
    Les sauvegardes que tu aura faites, tu pourras les supprimer si ton ordinateur n'a plus de problémes.

    - Relance Ccleaner, vas dans l'onglet "nettoyeur" présent sur la gauche, decoches la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis clic sur "lancer le nettoyage"

    Puis redémarre ton PC, il se peut que tu auras encore ton message d'erreur avant de redémarré.

    Une fois que le PC à redémarré réinstalle Java

    ¤ Télécharge et installe AVG anti-spyware : mets le à jour
    Tu fais un scan complet de ton système, dès qu'il a fini.

        apres avoir fait tout de que tu ma dit, hier soir quand j'ai eteint mon ordinateur j'ai encore eu le message.
        et le rapport qu'est ce que tu en pense c'est ok ou pas, l'analyse n'a plus detecter de probleme.merci

    Oui garde AVG il restera gratuit après la période d'essai et CCleaner pense à le faire souvent c'est pour netttoyer les fichiers temporaires où des virus peuvent s'y coller

    Termine par :

    Alors ceci : C:\System Volume Information\_restore (voir rapport AVG antispyware )
    indique que ta restauration du système etait infecté ou est infecté, pour être sûr, nous allons créer un point propre.

    Clic sur "demarrer", cliques droit sur "poste de travail", "propriétés", onglet "restauration du système"

    ¤ coches la case "desactiver la restauration du systéme sur tous les lecteurs", puis clic ur "appliquer"
    ¤ décoches la case et clic sur "appliquer" puis "ok".

    Maintenant, que l'ont à effacés les point infectés, nous allons créer un point propre :

    Clic sur "demarrer", "tous les programmes", "accessoires", "outils système", "restauration du système", choisis "créer un point de restauration" nommes le " ccm" par exemple, clic sur "créer" puis "ok".
    Voilà, maintenant le point de restauration est créé
    Si un jour tu le décides, tu pourras revenir en arrière à la date que tu as créé ce point de restauration.
    En exécutant la restauration du système tu pourras remettre ton ordinateur à la date ou l'on à créé ce point de restauration mais tu perdras les modifications que tu auras fait entre deux.

      boulepate62 je vient de faire ce que tu ma dit.
      apres j'ai eteint mon ordinateur et le message ne sais pas afficher,sa a l'air d'avoir fonctionner.au faite hier avec anti-spyware quand il ma indiquer les problemes je les ai completement effacer de la quarantaine, erreur ou pas grave ?
      en tout cas je te remercie pour ton aide,marie aussi, votre forum est exellent.amicalement gregory.

      la memoire employee 0x000..... ne peut pas etre "read" ou comme hier soir c'etait "written".

      j'ai ce message quand j'etein l'ordinateur completement,juste avant qu'il s'eteingne,apres qu'il m'affiche deconnexion,enregistrement de vos parametres,fermeture.
      c'est un petit rectangle qui apparait.

    Cherche dans la liste les lignes ci-dessous, tu fais un clic droit dessus choisis "propriétés" et régle les sur "désactivé"

    - NVIDIA Display Driver Service

    ¤ Redémarre ton PC, utilise une vingtaine de minutes ton PC puis redémarre à nouveau puis dis moi ce que ça donne ;-)

      ok je vais faire sa.pour ce qui est des logiciels j'ai picassa pour photo et video,j'ai un jeu de poker,un autre pour une sourie et j'ai des lecteurs video :realplayer,quicktime,media player classic,divxplayer.

        voila c'est fait,au premier demarrage j'ai eu le message mais pas la seconde fois.
        en faite je m'etai planter le message dit" l'application 0x000.... ne peut pas etre read" ou"written" et pas la memoire comme je t'avait dit.je sais si sa change quelque chose.
        au faite hier soir apres avoir fait ce que tu m'avait dit au message55 je me suis apercu que j'avai augmenter de 10% l'espece vide de mon disque(acer c) est ce normal.merci

    ok, ça change pas grand chose, on va voir si ton problème persiste dans les heures à venir.
    Oui, c'est normal que tu es gagné de l'espace disque puisque je t'ai fais supprimer les anciens points de restauration du système, qui au fur du temps prennent pas mal de place ;-)
