Hello,

I need your help,

I just received a Packard Bell computer model Easy Note TE11HC, and I reinstalled Windows 7 instead of Windows 8.

Since the reinstallation, I am unable to connect to the internet; it does not detect any network card!

I have reinstalled the network card drivers (taken from the Packard Bell support site and also tested on other sites), but I still have the yellow exclamation point in front of the network controller and Ethernet.

I attempted to connect with an Ethernet cable, same problem.

Do you have a solution to propose???

I am using Windows 7 (64)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 30.0.1599.69

    Hello,

In the Device Manager, right-click on "Network Controller", select "Properties" and then "Details".

Click on the dropdown menu, select "Hardware IDs".

    Post the information (example: PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_1026&SUBSYS_82261043&REV_B0).

Copy only the first line, that's enough.

Do the same for "Ethernet Controller".

    Hello,
Is this the DRIVER network that you tried to install?
If not, you can try the one from this LINK for example.

No problem, you can also thank Destrio5 who asked you for the equipment identification number, that's where it all started!
      See you!

    to try:

in the control panel, device manager where there is: the yellow exclamation mark in front of network and ethernet controller

    right-click and DISABLE
    then right-click again and: ENABLE
