Hello,
I need your help,
I just received a Packard Bell computer model Easy Note TE11HC, and I reinstalled Windows 7 instead of Windows 8.
Since the reinstallation, I am unable to connect to the internet; it does not detect any network card!
I have reinstalled the network card drivers (taken from the Packard Bell support site and also tested on other sites), but I still have the yellow exclamation point in front of the network controller and Ethernet.
I attempted to connect with an Ethernet cable, same problem.
Do you have a solution to propose???
I am using Windows 7 (64)
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 30.0.1599.69

Hello,
In the Device Manager, right-click on "Network Controller", select "Properties" and then "Details".
Click on the dropdown menu, select "Hardware IDs".
Post the information (example: PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_1026&SUBSYS_82261043&REV_B0).
Copy only the first line, that's enough.
Do the same for "Ethernet Controller".
