Hello,
I have an Easynote-SJ51 from Packard Bell that no longer recognizes my CD-DVD drive. The system indicates that my driver is damaged or missing. On the Packard Bell website, I can't find the corresponding driver. My computer isn't even listed (Easynote SJ51-B-007)
Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.5.8

Hello,

--> Download the following file to your Desktop:
http://docxp.mvps.org/b1n/DisparitionCD.inf

--> Right-click on it and choose Install.

--> Restart.

If you open it with Notepad, that's normal, and it's not the procedure I suggested.

Yes, thank you, but despite your procedure, it doesn't work. I'm trying again with Internet Explorer (I'm on Firefox).

I have exactly the same problem, but doing this manipulation still doesn't solve the issue :(
