SERVICE PACK 3 for Windows 7 Solved

Question

Hello everyone,

I installed the game GTA 4 on my laptop but I can't seem to launch it.

An error message appears and I am prompted to install Service Pack 3 or a newer version.

Thank you for your help with this.

P.S.: I have Windows 7 and I don't see SP3 in Windows Update.
