Hello,
I have a license for Windows 7 but I did not make a backup. I switched to Windows 10 which I am really not satisfied with (too many problems). I would like to reinstall Windows 7 on my laptop. To do this, I would need to download the original version of Windows 7 Home Premium OA Lenovo to make a backup and reinstall it on my PC. How should I proceed?

Hello.
Too late . . . it hasn't been working since January 13, 2015
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/faq/windows
But if the installation of Windows was done less than 30 days ago, there's a way to revert to Windows 7 (make a backup of your files beforehand on an external hard drive)

This is just a suggestion . . . Bye

It is useless to run; one must leave at the right time . . .

But do you still have your Recovery partition on the PC? >>> computer >>> right-click on HDD >>> properties (partition of 10 to 20 Gb)
See a part of the Microsoft topic >>>
Restore Windows or your computer to its original settings
You can use this method if you do not have a system image or if you want to completely uninstall all your programs and restore Windows to its default settings. You will need to reinstall all the programs you added and restore all your files.
This method will display one of two possible options, depending on what your computer manufacturer has selected:
Restore your computer's default settings. This option removes everything on your computer, including all your files and all the programs you have installed, and replaces it with a recovery image provided by your computer manufacturer. The recovery image contains Windows and may include programs that were pre-installed on your computer. You will need to restore your user files and reinstall all the programs you installed using the original disks or files.
Reinstall Windows. This option reinstalls Windows on your computer. You will need to restore your user files and reinstall all the programs you installed using the original disks or files.
Note
Restoring Windows to its original settings does not completely remove everything on your computer. It removes programs but saves user files in the Windows.old folder on your hard drive, which you can browse when the reinstallation is complete. However, it is recommended to always back up your user files before using this method. For example, if you have encrypted files, you may not be able to access them after installing Windows. If you have backed up your data files and then restored them after reinstalling Windows, you can delete the Windows.old folder
