SP2 for Windows 7? Solved

Hello, Not knowing much about computers, I wanted to know if SP2 exists for Windows 7? And if so, how to get it? Apparently this absence would be responsible for a bug with a PC game I bought... Thank you for your help!

I posted a topic in the PC game section, where I describe a problem I'm having with Caesar 4. I can't launch the game and I noticed that the system requirements mentioned SP2. Is there a connection to my problem or not? Because for me, it's a bit of a mystery...

Caesar 4 is an old game, SP2 referred to Windows XP. Since then, we have had Vista and Seven, which have compatibility issues with older games. Try checking the publisher's website for any specific patch (update) related to recent versions of Windows. You can also try launching the game on Windows 7 in XP compatibility mode. Otherwise, check that you have a recent version of DirectX 9 installed (as Windows 7 typically uses 10 and 11); I had problems with old games that were resolved this way (go to the Microsoft France website, download, DirectX 9, and install it). These are just a few suggestions since I don't have Caesar 4.
