I bought this headset but I have a little problem. When it's connected to the PC (so charging), it works, the music goes very well… But when I unplug it, it turns off and I can't turn it back on. I thought it wouldn't charge, but when I plug it in to recharge, I get a red light for 2 seconds, then it turns off, then it blinks once and then nothing; Can someone help me?

Hello, I've had the same problem with my headphones for 4 days, and after seeing some comments and knowing that I'm not very handy, I was ready to get them refunded. Then a crazy idea came to mind, and now they're working perfectly:
I simply took my headphones in the middle, lightly tapped the right side (the power connection), tapped a bit on the other side, and shook them, and voila, they're charging perfectly like before. It might sound like a crazy idea, but it worked.
I dedicate this comment to those who are not handy !!!!

Hello,
I'm looking for a way to turn my Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones into Bluetooth headphones. For now, I've taped the original cable to make it shorter, but it's not very practical. So I bought a mini jack cable with a 4-contact pin like the original cable. However, the sound isn't as good as with the original cable. Does anyone have any idea why or how?

It's definitely the battery that's dead. You just need to replace it if you're a bit handy and it's good to go. That's their flaw with these headphones. -

I want to say that I bought the headset but it didn't work (similar charging issue). I decided to exchange it, and the same problem happened again.
So, for my part, this Bluetooth headset is really very bad; I rate it 1/10 (1 just for the lightness of the product).

I just exchanged the headset for the 5th time in 2 weeks and for the 5th time again, the same problem with this headset!
So for my part, I will ask for a refund from Carrefour and give up on this brand, which has truly disappointed me a lot.

Hello! I bought 2 Halterego headphones, one red and one black (and white).
The red one works perfectly.
But the black one has the same issue as yours, so I wanted to know if your headphones are also black (and white) to see if they are part of a bad manufacturing series and to determine if I need to exchange it for a different color? -

As the owner of this headset, I'm bringing my insight if it can help. Honestly, I bought this headset on a well-known auction site from someone who never actually used it.
Upon receiving it, I quickly unboxed it to test the device.
Surprise, guess what???
Just like you, the headset only works when it's connected to the charger; once unplugged, nothing happens. Being handy, I didn't want to stop there and decided to open up the headset. Indeed, the battery located in the left earpiece is dead; that's the issue with this headset when it's stored for a certain period—the battery eventually drains. So, I performed a little operation where I replaced the battery with one from another earpiece I had, and since then, everything works perfectly.

If you have a charging issue, return it for after-sales service if your headset is under warranty. I admit that it is a bit difficult to replace the battery.-

I have a problem with my Jabra Halo2 that hasn't charged for 3 days. And since it has no battery left... it's turned off now.
I noticed that it no longer indicates that it's charging when I connect it to its original charger (although its original charger works).
I tried connecting it to my PC but nothing happened.
And I don't have a warranty, so customer service is out of the question.
If you could help me with this issue, I would be very grateful
