Cut-off photocopy

Hello,

I have a BROTHER 353 C printer. When I try to make copies, they come out completely cropped.
Can someone explain to me why? Are there any carbon brushes in a printer??

    Hello,

    To improve print quality, you need to clean the print head (black, cyan, magenta, and yellow), adjust the vertical alignment, and/or replace the ink cartridges. To find out which print head needs to be cleaned, and if the alignment needs adjusting, perform a print quality test by following the steps below:

    Check the format compatibility in the photocopier settings:
    A4 format for an A4 document... etc.
