Hello,

my Canon PIXMA G2411 printer no longer makes A4 copies, the copying stops at the LTR limit. Thank you for helping me.

      Changing the paper size from A4 to Letter and vice versa

      You can switch the paper size loaded in the rear tray from A4 to Letter and vice versa.

      1. Make sure the printer is turned on.

      2. Press the Setup button.

        The icon (Setup) and "1" appear on the LCD screen.

      3. Press the + button until "17" is displayed on the LCD screen.

      4. Press the Black button to select A4 size, or the Color button to select Letter size.

        Note

        • This setting is retained even if the printer is turned off.
