Can't connect to my WiFi with a TP LINK router?

Solved

Hello,

I'm frustrated because since this morning I can't connect to my wifi network even though I see it showing full strength (5 bars).
I don’t know if it’s my TP LINK W 8961 ND modem or something else, but it's a bit annoying...
What’s curious is that last night and this morning for an hour, I had a connection and suddenly, I can't load any web pages.
Could someone give me advice and steps to follow to resolve this problem please?

Thank you very much in advance,

Pierre

Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 29.0.1547.66

Hello,

I don't know if this will work at all, but in case of a problem, I always update my drivers and once that's done, I restart everything, PC and Box.

You can always try, it doesn't cost anything :)

I recommend this site for your drivers: https://www.driverscloud.com/en/features

If you connect your computer directly to the modem via cable, does it work?

Hello!
Do we need a setup kit to connect to the internet using the MoDem mobile WiFi? Because I have the same problem; I can see my WiFi, enter the password, and at the moment of synchronizing the data between the PC and WiFi to finally connect to the internet, an error message appears.
I also cannot connect using the USB cable because all the usernames and passwords I know do not work.
I would therefore like to have your precious time to help me resolve this very serious and important issue.

Thank you in advance, and see you soon.
Sincerely, Jules.
