Internet connection issue with tp-link

I am very troubled by my TP-Link router, which I cannot connect to the internet even though my phone shows that it is connected to the Wi-Fi network with 5 bars. However, when I try to connect to the internet, it's as if there is no Wi-Fi. I think I noticed something unusual with the router: the ADSL is not activated. Can someone please help me?

    Hi,
    if you have an ADSL connection, start by setting up the ADSL.
    Check the settings with your ISP.
