Hello, the remote control for my Sony Bravia TV is not working properly, so I bought a new one. I can't get it to work, no matter which button I press, there is no response (new batteries, of course). Is there a particular procedure to follow? Thank you in advance for your responses.

Good evening, thank you very much for your reply. In the end, after struggling for a while, I finally found a function to activate on the TV that allows me to declare a new remote control. So that's all good. Have a nice evening.

Hello,  Did you buy the same remote control as the one you had before (same model)? If that's the case, it's likely that the problem comes from your remote since if it's an original remote, there usually shouldn't be a need to program it.  Best regards
